The Motivation Behind Thermy Therm’s Cafe

In 2020, during the height of the Covid-19 epidemic, Therman Stewart was working for Southwest Airlines. After serving for 28 and a half years, he witnessed the airline industry come to a grinding halt. When the company offered him an early retirement, he decided to take it. Therman had always had a passion for cooking, so he saw this as the perfect opportunity to turn his passion into a new career.

Challenges and the TIME Program

Before joining the TIME Program, Therman struggled with understanding the basics of business and the specific language used in the industry. The program provided him with great instructors who helped him overcome these challenges, making the whole process much easier.
